splurgey dinner. faced suddenly with a plate full of meat i said "oh, what did i do?" i don't really eat meat but i was so hungry post-workout when i had to figure out kind of quickly what to order.
and oysters and wine and dessert and salad and andand. so much wine.
and the meat is making my stomach feel not so good.
i went to the gym three times this week and i negated all the healthful effects with one fell dinner.
